Cynthia E. Winland
President, Crescent Consulting

Cynthia Winland, president of Crescent
Consulting and the firm's principal planner, graduated from the University of
Michigan in 1985 with a Master's degree in Urban Planning and 1983 with a
Bachelor's degree in Economics.
Ms. Winland has worked in communities across
Michigan since 1983, acquiring extensive planning experience in both the public
and private sectors. She has been certified by the American Institute of
Certified Planners since 1987.
