Crescent Consulting provides ongoing planning consulting services for this Township. We wrote a new zoning ordinance for this community and continues to provide necessary updates and revisions.

(Available at www.tittabawassee.org ) In Tittabawassee, Crescent Consulting writes all site plan reviews, amendments, zoning board of appeals opinions and attends selected meetings.  Most recently Cindy has worked with the community on their sign issues, design guidelines, Village area zoning provisions and overall master planning needs.

Tittabawassee is unique in that it is home to a 1,200 person state prison, MBS International Airport, a five lane state highway, large sewage treatment lagoons, bisected by a major river in the Saginaw Bay watershed, has major rail lines traversing it and is adjacent to Dow Chemical Company property and operations.
