This extensive Assessment analyzed several alternatives, all social and environmental impacts, archeological and historic concerns, agency coordination, public input, and a long list of specific issues to the site. The three year project involved close coordination with the three road agencies, local parks and recreation, three jurisdictions, multiple state and federal agencies, archeological consultants and numerous local contacts including residents, funding agencies and politicians.
